  • 2 x Cinnamon
  • 50 oz Whole Milk
  • 5 peels Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • .25 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 8 x Egg Yolk
  • 340 g Sugar
