Ingredients:

• 105 ml Smoked Pineapple Añejo Tequila
• 45 ml Fino Sherry
• 90 ml Banana Oleo Saccharum
• 2 x Egg Yolk
• 200 ml Coconut Cream
• 100 ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk
• 4 g Matcha Powder
• 4 drops Saline Solution
• Grated Nutmeg
